Pastoral Care

The Rule of St. Benedict underlies the vision of our ministry for the aged and homebound, the poor and the sick, and others in need. Pastoral care is a living example of Christ in our midst.

"The ministry of Pastoral Care involves bringing hope, consolation, and friendship to people. That may mean helping some to shop for groceries or visiting others who are sick or homebound. Or it may
mean assisting some who have experienced violence, abuse, homelessness, exploitation, or addiction. Pastoral Care is walking with them toward a safe, stable life."
