The Writings of Celtic Saints

Ancient Celtic history, embodied in Irish mystics and saints, brought forth spiritual wisdom which still speaks to us today. Mindful eldering allows us to live out of a growth dynamic with purpose and meaning rather than one of decline and diminishment. We’ll use video, poetry, story, art and guided imagery as ways to gain insight about our beliefs regarding eldering.

An established practice of meditation or centering prayer is recommended for those attending. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a blanket or prayer shawl and mat, if you desire.
